On Saturday, April 8th, La Pompe Attack, led by guitarist Doug Munro, will play at Westchester Collaborative Theater (WCT)’s Music in the Box series. Known for their “hot swing sound,” La Pompe Attack is composed of virtuosic performers, including saxophonist Albert Rivera, guitarist Ben Wood, and bassist Michael Goetz. The concert will feature material from La Pompe Attack’s 2022 chart topping and highly acclaimed release, “Putt Lake Toodleloo.” Downbeat Magazine says: “The real pleasure of New York guitarist Munro’s album rests in his obvious fondness for Django Reinhardt and the Quintette du Hot Club de France. His care and craft are at a high level.” La Pompe Attack always delivers an exciting show guaranteed to wow any audience!

La Pompe Attack will play on Saturday, April 8th at 7:30 at WCT’s black box performance space, 23 Water St., Ossining, NY. Cash bar and refreshments available. Tickets are $25 per person (limited seating available).

Since its opening in 2015, the WCT black box performance space has become increasingly known as a venue showcasing WCT plays and readings, as well as live music and a variety of performance artists. For upcoming theater and music events visit http://www.wctheater.org/
