The Women’s Congressional Staff Foundation was established in 2018 by former Capitol Hill staffers with a three-part mission: provide internship scholarships to help more young women get their start on the Hill, provide hard-skills training to female Hill staff (i.e. management, negotiation, and legislative drafting) and support the Women's Congressional Staff Association with an annual event.
