About this event

Dreading those upcoming exams? Join us for a leisurely walk around Wayne State Campus as we point out birding hotspots. During our walk, we will go over some common bird IDs and things you could do to help local urban birds such as installing rain gardens, planting native plants, habitat restoration and installing bird safe window decals.

A waiver for Covid 19 is included in the registration process and the following protocols will be in place in order to have a safe walk for all involved:

1. Must register in advance, no touch check-in at start of field trip

2. We ask that if you have been exposed to anyone with Covid 19 or are feeling unwell to please stay home

3. Binoculars will be available to use, but must be requested during registration
