WayFinder: Christian Conflict Transformation Training

This is a two day event: Thursday, December 4 (from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and Friday, December 5 (from 11:00 a.m. and go until 3:00 p.m.) Please plan to attend both days. Meals are provided. Check-in both days starts at 10:30 a.m.

Conflict in any community is inevitable and can result in significant cost. But healthy conflict can generate spiritual formation, an increase in organizational trust, and growth in the fruit of the spirit.

This training is for pastors, school leaders, ministry leaders, or anyone who is weary by the conflict they see in faith communities. If you long for a better way to navigate tension, these two days are for you!
