Event description

Description

The theme of autumn is Maturity and Discernment.

This means that over the next few months, you have the opportunity to ground into your accumulated wisdom and clarity of choices.

I often think of this time of year in our Western culture as being the “sharpened pencil” period, when the school year begins. Even if we are no longer in school or busy helping kids in our lives prepare to start a new school year, there still is a momentum that kicks in at this time of year with its crisp, cool air and expectancy of new beginnings, whether from launching final projects as we move to the end of the year, or begining to complete the year with a sense of accomplishment.

At the same time, you might experience some kind of cognitive dissonance, given that the season of Autumn is associated with metal. The metal element of this season signifies introversion, contraction, a time of beginning to pull back and/or resistance — an "I don' wanna" state of mind — as the weather cools and the days begin to grow shorter. So balancing these 2 opposing directions, this time of both expansion and contraction can be challenging.

In short, the Autumn is an important time of year to

  • Reflect, reenergize and redirect the changes you need to make over the next few months
  • Tap into your strongest resolve to manifest those changes
  • Embrace this period with full-moon lucidity (and less dissonance and angst)

I am delighted to offer this intimate, weekly, LIVE group series to align and optimize your energy this Autumn qi
