Three half - day workshop series presented by CONSERVE: The Center of Excellence at the Nexus of Sustainable Water Reuse, Food, and Health.
See demonstrations, learn about water reuse research in Maryland, and regulation updates from University of Maryland researchers and agricultural professionals.
Reused water is treated domestic wastewater used more than once before passing back into water cycle. The treatment allows for its reuse for a beneficial purpose, such as irrigation. Benefits of water reuse include potential yield increase, and a reliable and high quality water source.
Come and learn about how water reuse can play an important role in sustaining and improving Maryland agriculture and protecting natural resources.
Attendees can receive three Ag Nutrient Management Training CEUs.
