Summer Spectacular 2019 is going to be awesome!

Your kids are going to have a totally awesome time learning how to plug in, know God, and change the World! Kids will be challenged to raise their game, because knowing God and trusting in Jesus fills each of us with the Fruit of the Spirit! God’s power gives us everything we need, so get ready to POWER UP!

When will my child recieve their t-shirt/registration packet?

All registration packets will be distributed the weekend prior to the event. Please stop by the tables on the concourse during any of the services on July 13th or 14th. Registration packets include a parent information booklet, maps, a personalized Summer Spectacular name badge used for check-in, and a t-shirt.

If you are unable to pick up your child's packet the weekend prior, you may pick it up the first night of the event at the designated tables located outside of the Main Worship Building.


Where do I park to drop off my child for the event?

General Parking for all is located in the parking structure or Lot A. There will be shuttles running to and from Lot A all evening.

When/Where do I check in and drop off my child?

Grades 1st – 5th

  • Each night, check-in starts at 5:45pm. Kiosks will be located near the roll up doors on the concourse in the Main Worship Building. You can check in by using your child's personalized Summer Spectacular name badge/lanyard with the barcode. Once you scan that barcode, you will receive a Security Sticker for pick up. Please do not lose it! You will also receive a sticker with your child’s name to place on the Crew leader’s clipboard.

  • Proceed to the Main Worship Center to drop off your child directly with their Crew Leader.

  • Depending on your child's group number, use the ODD or EVEN entrances to make it easier to locate your child’s crew.

Kinder

  • For Kinder, check-in begins at 6:15pm in the Family Lobby of the Childrens Building using your child's personalized Summer Spectacular name badge/lanyard with the barcode. You will receive a Security Sticker for pick up. Please do not lose it! You will also receive a sticker with your child’s name to place on the Crew leader’s clipboard.

  • Proceed to the Preschool Classrooms in the Childrens Building to drop off your child directly with their Crew Leader. The classrooms will be labeled by Crew names/numbers.

All children must be checked in and dropped off by an adult each night. Children who are unaccompanied by an adult will not be allowed to check-in. Parents will be contacted.


What should my child bring/wear to the event?

Your child needs to wear their Summer Spectacular t-shirt every day! Our t-shirt colors have been purposely chosen to help us locate and track rotating groups on campus. Children should wear comfortable but appropriate clothes (no short-shorts) and sneakers or tennis shoes each day. PLEASE AVOID FLIP-FLOPS and absolutely no healed or wheeled shoes. Please make sure your child brings a towel on water day. Please see water day schedule below.

Monday 16th: 1st Graders & 2nd Graders

Tuesday 17th: 3rd Graders

Wednesday 18th: 4th Graders

Thursday 19th: 5th Graders
