Our theme for this year’s Summit focuses on the real cost of our water. Issues of water affordability affect communities throughout the entire nation. Utilities are modernizing outdated infrastructure, consolidating regional resources to achieve economy of scale, and looking towards future growth in the region to ensure that we are not just sustainable for the present, but for the future as well.

We will be discussing water affordability, the philosophy of rate setting, navigating the financial risks of water infrastructure, and the burden of unpaid costs when looking at paying now or paying later.
