Landscape Design: May 14, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, OBG
Whether you are planning a new landscape or just upgrading your yard this is the class for you. This class will help you conceptualize landscape design with emphasis on conservation – and how to meet your specific needs.
Irrigation: May 21, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, OBG
This is an introductory class on installing irrigation for a new or re-designed landscape. This class will cover different types of irrigation systems, including drip irrigation, to maximize water use efficiency and plant health.
Soil Preparation and Plant Selection: May 28, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, OBG
Now we have our design and irrigation system ready, let's plant! This course will cover soil testing and preparation and water-wise plant material for year-round interest.
Benefits of Raised Bed Gardening: June 4, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM, OBG
This class, taught by John Trimble with Foodscaping Utah, will cover the benefits of growing in raised beds and the ins and outs of planning, planting and maintenance.
