Event description

Description

Join us at the AWCI Museum for an overview of chronograph mechanisms presented by Richter & Phillips' watchmaker Matt Schloemer, CW21. After a short museum tour you will take a seat in our state of the art classroom where Mr. Schloemer will present a brief introduction to various chronograph movements and deliver a hands-on demonstration of how they work. If you have ever wondered how chronographs work, if you are a collector of watches, or if you are simply fascinated by tiny machines we know you will enjoy this presentation. Upon the conclusion of the demonstration we will move back out into the museum and library while we enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeurves. You wont want to miss out on this wonderful evening of education and socializing!
