We are offering free classes for Washington state residents to teach potential homeowners about the State's down payment assistance programs and financing options. The goal of the class is to help people purchase homes in Washington State with little to no out of pocket expense through these programs. They are available to anyone that is buying a home in Washington State and these classes will teach you all about these programs as well as the rest of the homebuying process.

You do NOT need to be a first time homebuyer! You can have a previous foreclosure or bankruptcy! You can have collection accounts or delinquent accounts! You just need to purchase a home in Washington State!

If you would like to register for one our classes, please RSVP through our Evenbrite page or via email with the Date and Location that you wish to attend. Our upcoming dates are listed below and are open to the public, but do require that you please RSVP in advance. Once you have, you will receive an email from your class instructor with the specific class information.

Lunch and Refreshments will be provided for all classes

Upon completion of the class you will receive a certificate that is valid for two years. This certificate is required to utilize any of the programs offered by the state.
