About this event

Sit or stand for your ability, push yourself to the level you need with our personal trainer. Workouts are in a group setting via zoom but you will have an individual assessment for consultation with your injuries and limitations, if any. Dr Ellen, USMC veteran and doctor of exercise science will consult with you making sure the workouts and progressions fit your needs. @exerciseindependence
