9:30am: Workout with Elmer

10:00am: Yoga with Adrian

This is not your typical yoga class. Warrior Flow believes in variety when it comes to movement. There is always a meditation component to the class. We welcome everyone, including children under supervision of their parents (especially if they have never done a group class before) and we welcome well-behaved pets. By attending the class you take responsibility for your own fitness and health, and you forever absolve Warrior Flow, Lincoln Road Business Improvement District, The City of Miami Beach, Adrian Molina and all instructors associated with the event, 1111 Lincoln, LLC, CBRE GI Global Investors, LLC, and by and through its managing agent, colliers international REM US, LLC for any injury you may sustain during class or while on the premises. Also, by attending the class you grant permission to be filmed or photographed for marketing and promotional purposes.
