Everybody has a question about some sort of health topic. As health coaches we get a ton of questions (I'm sure you can imagine). We get questions via social networking, we get questions via email, we get questions by text, we get calls, we even get questions when we are out and about running errands. Hey, we get it...who better to ask what to buy when you are standing in line at the grocery store. We understand living a healthy life can be confusing and we want to give you the best information that we can. Sometime the answers aren't that simple, but sometimes they are. 

So we asked ourselves; how can we help answer people's questions? If one person wants to know something, I'm sure there are others out there who want to know about it too. Our solution....Wanna Know Wednesday's! Each Wednesday we host a live webinar where we answer a few questions based on what our members have sent in. It is live so we will take questions during the webinar.

So ask away E2BH members, ask away!
