About James Hemphill:

James, one for the co-founders of Darlow Hemphill, has a core responsibility for land acquisition and negotiation. Originally from a Military background , his tenacity and adaptability followed him into Construction Management and Consultancy where he worked with major construction companies on projects up to £1.2billion.
Following this, he has built an exceptional knowledge and understanding of various property markets and businesses.
James is a key communicator and his ability to lead by example provides the professional presence required for Darlow Hemphill’s vision.
His skill sets are vital for analysing the viability of projects, securing investments and developing joint venture relations.
James is devoted to self-education, reading and listening to multiple books in personal development, business and property as well as attending countless seminars, networking and property events throughout the country. James also has a 1st Class Honours Degree in Construction Management plus multiple construction specific industry recognized accreditations.


About Laura Gomme:

Laura is a litigation Solicitor at the firm’s West end office in Baker Street London specialising in property and commercial litigation.

Laura qualified a niche west London firm specialising in property litigation, including complex and high value, possession proceedings, disrepair claims and claims for unlawful eviction. She is also experienced in real property disputes, adverse possession, commercial contractual disputes as well as contested probate claims and claims for provision under the Inheritance Act 1975.

Since joining the firm Laura continued her broad range of experience in commercial and property disputes acting in high value dilapidation disputes, redevelopment cases and disputes regarding commercial contracts.


About Sara Nasralla:

Sara, is an active Property Developer & Investor, with a small portfolio of properties in East London. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Manchester, and has a professional background focused on business growth and development.

In 2016 Sara launched property development company See Space, building on her existing London buy-to-let portfolio. With an uncertain market indicating uncertain ground, she quickly realised that the key to the success of her business was acquiring sites with more than desirable margin, building great partnerships and a team she could trust. All this is a process, but if things continue the way they are, it's an exciting time and one that she's looking forward to sharing.


The panel is chaired by Rob Wilkinson

Rob bought his first property in London in 2002 and in the years that followed continued to expand his portfolio, refurb and develop alongside his day job. Rob is a qualified Master Mariner and has worked on several of the worlds largest privately owned yachts for some of the worlds wealthiest and most influential people, including a senior member of the Saudi Royal Family and former richest man in the world. With over 10 years operational and project management experience Rob is used to running and working alongside large teams and has extensive experience in managing and budgeting multi-million pound projects. In 2014 Rob Co Founded Crowd with Us and now focusses on his business full time.
