Description
The "WalkRight - Walking Instuction/Exercise Class" is a fitness class for individuals learning Deliberate Walking to Walk Right. The indoor walking class is focused on practicing Deliberate Walking. Walk at your own pace during the class while receiving technique tips from Dr. Lee and other deliberate walking experts. You will also have the opportunity to interact with other like-minded individuals with painful musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Walking regularly with Deliberate Walking, 1-3 times per week, will result in a reduction and possible elimination of your joint pain, increased core and lower extremity muscle strength, improved walking balance and better walking endurance.
