What is Reiki?

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a form of sound healing that involves lying down and being immersed in sounds created by instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, and other sound-producing tools. The vibrations created by the instruments are said to reduce stress, improve sleep, and encourage relaxation.

Meet Evelyn Dao, a student, spiritual guide and teacher dedicated to helping others access their inner source of power and natural capacity for healing and transformation. Through her own experience of physical, mental and spiritual healing, she has put together practices designed to support others in discovering their true potential and living a life of joy, abundance and purpose.

She is a Certified Sound Healer, Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, KRI Certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Akashic Records Reader, Ceremonialist, Sacred Body Adornment Artist. She has been a student, guide and practitioner of spiritual healing arts since 2005...

Her classes teach the importance of developing a relationship our connection to creation, leaning into the power of God, and practicing unconditional love as a tool for freedom. Evelyn creates a safe, nurturing environment for students to explore their unique gifts and embark on a journey of self-discovery. She is a strong advocate of self-care and believes that when we take time to honor and care for our spirit, we become vehicles for creating positive change in our lives and in the world.

Evelyn offers private one-on-one teachings, as well as group workshops and retreats. Through her one-on-one services, she combines energy healing modalities, sound healing and meditation to help individuals tap into their ability transform. Her group workshops and retreats offer an opportunity to explore and cultivate spiritual practices, such as breathwork, meditation, energy healing and ceremony.
