Description

Central Park is New York City’s crown jewel. The 843-acre park has served as a breath of fresh air for New Yorkers since 1853! This tour highlights well known sights and monuments within the southern two-thirds of Central Park. Highlights of this 2.5 to 3 hour tour includes the popular Strawberry Fields, the Park’s tribute to the late John Lennon, including The Dakota, where John and Yoko Ono lived, the Literary Walk, with its the monument to William Shakespeare, and the finish line for the annual New York City Marathon. The tour ends at Columbus Circle.


Details to know and remember:

  • Group will leave the B Student Lounge at 12pm and travel via the PATH and Subway, and will arrive back to campus at approximately 5pm.

  • You do not have to pick up any ticket.

  • Bring additional money if you intend on making purchases while on the trip.


"The Fine Print"

Students that are under 18 must email OSA@LIVE.HCCC.EDU to request a waiver to be signed by a parent or guardian in advance • Students that violate Hudson County Community College's policy while on the trip may be required to return to campus early at their own expense, with no refund, and will go through the College's student conduct process.

There are no refunds or exchanges. • The ticket(s) purchased cannot be transferred to someone else and cannot be re-sold. • Only one “HCCC Student" ticket purchase per student. Any additional orders will be canceled. • If you are found to go against these policies, your privilege to purchase tickets from the Office of Student Activities will be revoked.
