Join us every Tuesday evening at 5:15 pm at Bethlehem Lutheran Church for a 10 Week Walking Program put on by Bethlehem Lutheran Church and the Blue Zones Project. This is a free program, we just ask that you register ahead of time to sign the waiver and so that we are able to get a head count!
