Description
WEEKLY ON MONDAYS - June 4 through August 27
Volkening Lake features a 3/4 mile walking path around the lake and a pavilion with tables open to the public. We will start off with one lap and work our way up over the course of the summer. Our goal will be to create healthy habits and build endurance for those wish to participate in the SuperRun Chicago 5K (separate registration required). All encouraged to come, enjoy the outdoors, spend time with friends while encouraging healthy habits. Our final meeting on August 27 will be our customary end of summer BBQ!
