Casa Soul is back with another Walkie Talkie Latte—this time in the heart of Rockville Town Center!

Join us on Saturday, September 13th at 12:30pm for a soul-nourishing afternoon where movement meets community. We’ll kick off with a light stretch + intention setting before taking a 1-mile walk through Rockville. Expect fresh air, meaningful conversations, and plenty of smiles along the way. 🌿✨

After our stroll, we’ll gather at Paris Baguette for cozy lattes, teas, and sweet treats 🥐☕—because connection feels even better over coffee (or your drink of choice!).
