With warmer temperatures on the horizon and being in the outdoors more desired, Agnesian HealthCare will be shifting its Walk with a Doc program to the wellness walkway at Ripon Medical Center. This location change is now underway, and will move back to Ripon High School in the fall.
Interested walkers can meet outside the RMC Wellness Center entrance, and will walk on the walking path weather permitting. On rainy days, walking will move inside the hospital on the first floor.
Walk with a Doc sessions are scheduled the first, second and third Wednesday of the month from 6 to 7 p.m.
The collaborative mission is to encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages, and reverse the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in order to improve the health and well-being of the country.
Join a provider on the first, second and third Wednesday of each month from 6 to 7 p.m. to begin your commitment of improved health and well-being.
