Dr. Keasha Guerrier of Northwell Health will briefly discuss her specialties and the many health benefits of walking before we take a walk through Belmont Lake State Park.
PARKING IS FREE. Attendees, please do not use the main part entrance. Park in the headquarters lot located off of Belmont Avenue.
