WALK TO WIN — WALK AND BURN CALORIES LIKE A RUNNER
Coach Liz Kemp Salvato, MS, a National Racewalking team member, 1992 Olympic Trials racewalking qualifier, and exercise physiologist will speak on how to take your current walking routine and revamp it into a race walking routine that will help you burn more calories and develop greater body and cardiovascular strength. Come dressed to exercise and wear good walking shoes. You do not need to be a Kaiser Permanente member to attend. Everyone is welcome!
