We are thrilled to announce the first Walk to Stop the Clot® Los Angeles in support of those who have suffered from and those who have been affected by blood clots and clotting disorders. Your support will help us raise funds and awareness about the risks, signs and symptoms of blood clots

Time: Registration at 8 a.m.; walk at 8:45 a.m.

Registration fees: The event is free and open to the public but of course, we encourage donations. Proceeds raised will benefit the NBCA in support of its’ mission to advance the prevention, early diagnosis and successful treatment of life threatening blood clots, clotting disorders and clot-provoked strokes through public awareness, advocacy and patient and public education.

NBCA works on behalf of people who may be susceptible to blood clots, including, but not limited to, people with clotting disorders, atrial fibrillation, cancer, traumatic injury, and risks related to surgery, lengthy immobility, child birth and birth control. NBCA accomplishes its mission through programs that build public awareness, educate patients and healthcare professionals and promote supportive public and private sector policy.
