Tue, May 2, 2017, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM EDT
Love yourself more. Eat Healthy. Exercise. REPEAT.
Walk the talk women’s wellness series is going to be run exactly how it sounds. If you’re a woman who has felt stuck in the way you have been loving yourself, eating and exercising but haven’t been able to motivate yourself to get going on the self love train, then this is a class you need to take. We are going to hold 10 women 100% accountable for their self love and wellness for one month.
This series will consist of 5 group counseling sessions and 4 exercise classes. We will meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm for the whole month of May. This class is not for the weak or the person who makes commitments and breaks them or finds excuses to not attend classes or maybe it is and we will get you to stop repeating that habit. This women’s wellness series is developed to help women break the habit of putting themselves second to their jobs, families, friends and communities and making themselves the first priority in their life.
The exercise portion, Thursday nights, 6:30-7:30pm will be led by Sara Clark. It will be 60 min of circuit training and you do not have to be in any physical shape to participate. Each circuit is modified to each person’s skill and fitness level.
The counseling component, Tuesday nights 6:30-8:30pm, will be led by mental health therapist April Hannah, which will include activities, home work assignments and group discussions to build each woman’s self esteem. We will be using the book The Confident Woman as a guide. *Book not included in tuition fee. Book must be purchased before the first class.
Self investment $250, (non-refundable) to cover all 10 classes. That’s only $25 a week for 3 hours of personal coaching and training. Invest in yourself today, YOU ARE WORTH IT!
*payment plans accepted, payment must be made in full by April 28, 2017*
If you are on the fence and would like more information about how the program will run, we will be holding a free conference call on April 4, 2017 at 6:30pm to answer all your questions and to review what the series will entail in fuller detail. Call-in number (605) 475-2875 Access Code: 907 4707
