Organizer of Walk In Our Shoes - Washington Park - Youth-Led Tour and Site Activation
Territory is young people building voice, vision, and agency through the practice of design in our communities. Through skill-based practice, technical mentorship, and civic engagement our design teams develop projects to create a safer and more welcoming city. We have designed walking tours, wayfinding devices, permanent and pop-up placemaking, public art, and youth-led workshops to promote our vision for Chicago neighborhoods. Each year Territory employs over 50 youth ages 14-19 in our studio programs.
