Walking has been proven to uplift spirits, and just being around people can improve your well-being. Whether you're feeling social or prefer a quiet moment, you’re welcome to join - come as you are, no pressure, no expectations. You can chat, connect, or simply enjoy the fresh air.
We’ll keep it simple:
- A relaxing walk from Arc de Triomf to Barceloneta beach
- Optional short self-development activity facilitated by professional personal coach
📍 Meeting point: Arc de Triomf🕒 Time: 19:30 - please arrive 5 minutes early, as we’ll leave on time. I won’t be checking my phone to stay fully present
