Lassen Family Services' 9th Annual Walk A Mile
About this event
Join us in our mile-long color walk to support survivors of sexual assault and child abuse! The purpose of this event is to inform the community of the prevalence of these crimes and provide information on the support services offered in Lassen County.
Lassen Family Services hosts “Walk A Mile” annually at the end of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW). The motto of this year’s NCVRW is “Rights, access, equity, for all victims.” This years’ “Walk A Mile” will be a community educational training on the prevalence of sexual assault and child abuse.
This year, the event will be held at Memorial Park from 10AM-2PM on Saturday, April 30th.
Registration will be through donation.
