Description

The sound of music will soon fill the rooms of Waldomore as the
Waldomore Concert Series returns for the 2019-2020 season. The series, formerly known as Ivory Evenings, will once again feature four exhilarating performances at Waldomore.

Dr. Ching-Wen Hsiao comes to Clarksburg on Sunday, December 1, 2019
at 2:00 PM. Ching-Wen Hsiao has performed as a soloist and chamber musician throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia. A first prize winner of the Taiwan National Piano Competition, Dr. Hsiao won the Gina Bachauer Piano Competition at The Juilliard School and was the recipient of the “Rising Star” Award granted by the Ministry of Culture of Taiwan. Dr. Hsiao holds her B.M., M.M., and D.M.A. degrees in Piano Performance from Julliard. Dr. Hsiao is Assistant Professor of Piano and Co-Coordinator of the Piano Area at West Virginia University.
