This workshop is for any 40+ woman who feels like she is walking through treacle and wants to increase her energy and decrease her dress size.
Its for any 40+ woman who is stuck and wants more from their life, for any woman struggling with her energy, you feel exhausted yet can’t sleep at night, you need to use stimulants just to get you through the day and you find yourself reaching for sugary high carbohydrate snacks to fuel you.
We will spend the morning looking at the 4 key elements to our overall energy....
Physical Energy - Nutrition and Exercise
Do you get through the day feeling awake and energetic, with plenty of physical energy to do everything you want to do? Or do you slump mid afternoon and walk through treacle until you can finally get some rest?
Mental Energy - Sleep and Stress Management
What about your mental energy? Do you sleep peacefully through the night and wake in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to go?
Are you able to handle stress easily and take setbacks in your stride or do you feel yourself becoming anxious, overwhelmed or angry at little things?
Emotional Energy - Relationships and Connection
How about your emotional energy? Do you have good relationships with your nearest and dearest, spending quality time together, away from distractions and screens?
Do you connect with the world around you, looking up from your phone and actually calling your Facebook friends to ask how they really are?
Spiritual Energy - Meditation and Personal Values
The one we all ignores because it just seems a bit, well weird, yet its so important, our spiritual energy is the very essence of who we are and having it out of balance leaves us treading water. Understanding your own values, knowing exactly who you are and what you want out of life is totally invigorating! How often do you quieten your mind? We will look at how meditation and mindfulness increases energy, focus and clarity.
