About this Event

THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS AND WE WILL UPDATE TICKET HOLDERS ONCE A NEW DATE IS SET.

NOW MORE THAN EVER…

We come together as wāhine Māori to step into our mana.

We find ways to reinforce our knowing that life can have much, much more depth.

We know Aotearoa needs your toi, your mahi, your whakaaro.

I Am Hinenui and Awa Wahine are excited to be hosting our first WĀ-HINE event here in Taranaki!

- Inter generational panel on Wāhine and Wealth facilitated by Maruata Ngarewa Cribb (Ngati Ruanui) and Ngamata Skipper (Te Ati Awa) with Hinenui Wano-Bryant (Te Ati Awa, Taranaki) from He Taonga Tō Tinana, Ataria Sharman (Tapuika, Ngāpuhi) from Awa Wahine, Jessica Thompson and Miria Flavell

- MC'd by Puna Wano Bryant (Te Ati Awa, Taranaki)

- GOODY BAGS for early bird tickets only featuring products from Māori-made businesses including a monthly planner from Tuhi Stationery, skincare products from Be Humble and organic herbal tea from Tī Aroha

Organised by IamHinenui.com, He Taonga Tō Tinana and online women's magazine Awa Wahine with the support of Creative New Zealand.

Weekly or part-payment of tickets are available - email to ataria@awawahine.co.nz.

If enough are sold, scholarship tickets will be made available for single māmās and māmās with three or more children.
