Speakers:

Tom Bondi

Tom is a CPA and Tax Partner in the Silicon Valley Office of Armanino LLP. A native of San Jose, Tom has worked with early-stage companies for more than 30 years. Having been a cofounder in numerous early-stage companies, M&A transactions, and a specialist in the area of stock options (tax perspective), Tom also assist companies in establishing their stock option plans (ISO, NSO, ESPP, RSUs, Phantom Stock, QSBS issues), and planning around funding rounds. Tom has also been an Angel Investor, Board Member, and Advisor to many early-stage companies. Tom sits on a number of non-profit Boards and is a member of the San Jose Rotary Club. Tom is a graduate of Santa Clara University.

John Kogan

John is a Director, Consulting at Armanino, LLP. John has been CFO at five companies and CEO at two, a finance executive at Cardinal Health, and held numerous finance and accounting roles at AlliedSignal and Cisco Systems. John's passion has been helping business leaders do their jobs better and more effectively at any company size and stage. He has founded, invested in and been a board member or advisor of a number of companies and non-profits. John volunteers his time at a variety of charitable organizations. John has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.
