1. How to re-connect with your database (30min)

You’ll learn how to export all email addresses from your Gmail, LinkedIn, Facebook friends, mobile phone and CRM to get them de-duplicated and cleaned so they are ready to receive an email from you. You’ll get a powerful reconnect email to send to everyone that asks people to opt-out if they are not interested, respond to you with questions, search for homes on your website, and request a free home value report. You'll learn how to do this in email software that manages bounces, unsubscribes, and more. You'll also learn our favorite way to clean your list that guarantees 97% email deliverability.

2. How to grow your homeowner database (45min)

You’ll learn where/how to buy a list of homeowners likely to sell their home with a non-pushy script to offer them a free subscription to your community real estate video newsletter. Topics also include how to get web leads to respond to you with video, how to passively grow your homeowner email list online, and how to set up profitable co-marketing relationships with local businesses who are happy to cross-promote your videos. You'll also learn how to correctly raise money from co-marketing sponsors, beyond your preferred lender(s), to zero-cost your marketing expenses since you can put their offer in your emails and social media updates. Includes a sample sponsorship form, with your sponsor value proposition, and method to take their credit card information. This is a very powerful session.

3. How to publish videos for inbound phone calls (60 min)

You’ll learn 24 specific real estate video topics that work extremely well to rank highly on YouTube and to get people to call you. You’ll also learn how to use your mobile phone or HD webcam correctly for great video quality (or audio quality for a podcast if video isn't for you). Finally, you’ll learn how to properly optimize a video for YouTube, post it to your blog, and promote it correctly with email, Facebook, iTunes, and other social media. We’ll also cover how to advertise your video on Facebook for proactive seller lead generation. You'll see live examples of client websites, videos, emails, Facebook ads, and more.

4. How to prioritize follow-up for appointments (30min)

Why wait for homeowners to call you? You’ll learn how to track who in your database are watching your videos. This way you can follow-up proactively with people who already know you and have recently expressed interest in real estate. You’ll learn a simple, helpful script that positions you as an expert along with a system to follow up with the most engaged people in your database. This way you can lessen the daily grind of cold calls and set more appointments from less contacts. You’ll also get our best tips to hire and train a calling assistant to make these calls on your behalf to pass motivated sellers, and past client/sphere referrals, your way.
