**Due to Covid-19, we have decided to make this a VIRTUAL WORKSHOP! You will receive the SAME value from the comfort of your home, respecting the safety of all of the members.
The CDC has restricted that for the next 8 weeks, we limit gatherings of more than 10 participants, so what better way than to make this ONLINE?!

The only thing that changes is: I ask you have room to lay down and access to a barbell/dumbbell/kettlebell. Something to add a bit of weight for the demonstrations.

Everything else stays the SAME!!!


Ladies!! Be sure to come out and join Dr. Kaylee as she discusses with you the importance of your pelvic floor, what things to pay attention to, and HOW to have more optimal pelvic floor function while working out in the gym!


We will be covering:


* Anatomy and Function of the pelvic floor

* Urinary Incontinence (leaking with jumping, running, squats, etc)

* Diastasis Recti

* Prolapse

* Considerations for CrossFit during pregnancy and postpartum


But be sure you come ready to move a little bit!!!


We will be going through the following demonstrations:


* Breathing

* Importance of different breathe patterns with endurance vs RX vs RM

* Use of pelvic floor with squats and deadlifts
