Vox Restaurant Group and Chef Joe Anguiano are excited to announce the first of a series of pop-up dinners prior to the opening of their premiere restaurant concept, Vox Table, debuting Spring 2014. Serving as Executive Chef, Anguiano has built his culinary career on cultivating relationships with local farmers and purveyors in order to produce cuisine focused on sustainability and taste. To give Austinites a glimpse of his locally sourced vision, the Vox pop-up menu features the best Texas produce available in dishes full of fall flavor such as Roasted Chestnut Soup and Poached D'Anjou Pear. Guests will enjoy a one-of-a-kind 4-course meal with beautiful city views from the 55th floor of the Austonian, all while benefiting No Kid Hungry, a non-profit striving to end child hunger. Ticket sales will go towards meals for families and children in need.
