Volunteer Workday Rescheduled to Dec. 3rd
Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PST)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Join us for a stream restoration workday along Russian Gulch. This coastal waterway is an important stream for stealhead trout -- and at one point in the past, also supported coho salmon. We will be planting willows along Russian Gulch to revegetate the streambank and collecting willow cuttings to grow out in our nursery and replant along the stream next year. Come out and help restore this important stream and be a part of improving conditions so that these species can flourish once again.

The Wildlands Conservancy | Sonoma Coast Preserves
The Jenner Headlands and Estero Americano Coast Preserves are owned by The Wildlands Conservancy (TWC) and managed in partnership with the Sonoma Land Trust (SLT). The Preserves are protected forever as open space by a conservation easement held by the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District. Public recreation currently consists of scheduled staff-led hikes only. At the Jenner Headlands we are diligently working to open the Preserve to the public so they can experience this incredible part of the Sonoma Coast free of charge. Please consider making a donation to The Wildlands Conservancy when registering for your hike. Your contribution will help TWC continue our mission of preserving remarkable and important landscapes and providing public access free of charge for passive recreation and outdoor education.
