The TEDxCasey Volunteer Information and Planning Meeting is an opportunity for those who are interested in volunteering with TEDxCasey.

It is also an opportunity to be involved in the planning for the TEDxCaseySalon planned for March and TEDxCasey main event planned for May 2020.

Volunteering

The event is an opportunity to come together to find out more about the roles we have available on the core team.

We will also talk about on the day volunteering for those who can not make the time commitment required to be on the core team.

Planning

We are focused on making the Audience Experience at TEDxCasey Events exiting and engaging and the remainder of the session will be seeking ideas from the participants related to planning for upcoming events. We will split into four groups to talk about the four core functions of:

• marketing - spreading the word about TEDxCasey
• audience experience - the experience for the guests on the day
• curation - selecting the right speakers and helping them prepare
• behind the curtain - the technical aspects of recoding TED talks and the on the day activities for any tech heads among you
