Volunteer for the Runyon 5K at Yankee Stadium

Making its return on Saturday, July 29, the Runyon 5K is a unique cancer research fundraising run/walk that uses Yankee Stadium as its course. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join our crew on event day, helping out with everything from setting up water stop stations to cheering on participants as they run or walk all throughout the ballpark.

We welcome all who are excited to support young scientists and innovative cancer research. Individuals (ages 15+), as well as corporate and community groups, are encouraged to register.

All volunteer activities take place on the day of the event – Saturday, July 29, beginning at 7:00 am. Volunteer teams include:

• Line Monitoring
• Bag Check
• Directional and Cheer
• Water Stops
• Finish Line
• Food
• T-Shirts

Everyone who donates their time on event day will receive a branded t-shirt, along with breakfast and lunch.
