Each year the Dayton Regional STEM School participates in Tech Fest, which is hosted at Sinclair Community College. Last year, we partnered with ThinkTV to host a shared booth full of STEM "infotainment," whereby students helped lead science experiments for younger students who were in attendance.
This year we are doing the same thing, and we need volunteers! Tech Fest takes place on the following dates:
- Saturday, February 18, from 10AM-6PM
- Sunday, February 19, from 11AM-5PM

Student Ambassadors, Key Club Members, NHS Members, and other high school students seeking volunteer hours may sign up to volunteer below, and spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may sign up for more than one spot, but if you plan to stay longer than a particular shift, you MUST register for additional spots (as the space is small and we don't want overcrowding). You will be asked to leave once your shift is over in order to give others a chance to fulfill volunteer hours.
Please note that you will need to secure transportation to and from the event, and you are expected to show up 10 minutes before your shift begins in order to get training from those who are already there.
Please be sure to wear Dayton Regional STEM School attire and keep in mind that DRSS Code of Conduct applies when you are volunteering for the school (event on weekends!)
If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Grieve (email@example.com)
