Are you new to managing volunteers? Do you want to build a stronger, more effective volunteer program? Volunteer Management Training will help you better manage volunteers for more effective results! Increase volunteer recruitment, retention and productivity.

The Volunteer Engagement Training Program (VETP) is an in-person, 2-day training which will be held on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (1-hr. lunch, on your own) and Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Helpline Center, 3817 S. Elmwood Ave. in Sioux Falls.

Registration Fee: $35 (covers cost of materials)

Module 1: Establishing the Framework

Module 2: Planning for Volunteer Engagement

Module 3: Opportunities & Outreach

Module 4: Intake & Onboarding

Module 5: Supervision & Support

Module 6: Evaluation
