The 23rd annual Raymond James Stutz Artists Open House will be held on Friday, April 29, 5:30-10:30 pm, and Saturday, April 30, 2 - 7 pm at the Stutz Business and Arts Center located in an historic car factory in downtown Indianapolis. Over 60 artists will open their studios to give guests the opportunity to see where and how their art is created. Other activities include live music, art demonstrations, free hands-on art activities, children's art scavenger hunt, Tour of Artisan Autos to see the vintage and collectible cars, and much more. This event takes the combined efforts of many artists, organizers and volunteers. Please consider spending a few hours to help make this year's event the best ever. Volunteer orientation will include a preview tour. Open House volunteers earn free admission and a souviner t-shirt.
Volunteers are needed for:
Set Up - Tues. April 26 @ 5:45 pm - Set up tables, chairs, trash boxes, signs, etc.
Event Days - Fri. April 29 and Sat. April 30 - Most volunteers needed here! Also shifts for set up, photographers,videographers and helping with musicians!
Tear Down - Sat. April 30 @ 6:30 pm - Earn 2 Open House tickets if you work this shift!
We strongly encourage volunteers to attend one of the orientation sesions: Wednesday, April 20 @ 5:45 pm and Saturday, April 23 @ 10:30 am.
