Hello Volunteers!
Thank you for your interest in A Child’s Dream Annual Outreach. We are excited that you want to volunteer for the Annual Back to School Give-Away on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 11am- 2pm. Volunteer hours are from 9:45 am-3:00pm.
DUE TO COVID 19, the setup will be different:
1. No children (including teens) will not be allowed to volunteer.
2. We ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of two hours.
3. Volunteers must wear a mask (will be provided). Mask must be over the nose.
4. Volunteers must wear gloves (will be provided)
5. Volunteers must follow the social distance rules with staff, other volunteers and families.
6. When your shift is over, volunteers must leave the event. No hanging out.
Volunteer opportunities:
- Direct families to distribution site (in front of Boys & Girls Club)
- Set-up
- Check-in families
- Help enforce social distancing
- Direct families to the exit
- Distribute backpacks and supplies
- Help clean-up
Volunteer hours: 9:45am to 3 pm.
Pick 1 arrival time: 2 hour
Parking: Parking is limited on-site at Mar Vista Gardens. Additional parking is on Inglewood Blvd.
