The UC Team is hosting training sessions to familiarize you with your new VoIP phone. Each 60-minute training session will cover the following:

• Getting to know your phone: Overview of basic hardware and phone buttons

• Setting up your voice mailbox: How to set up your voice mailbox, reset your PIN, and record your voicemail greeting

• How to perform common phone tasks: Interactive step-by-step instructions on new processes to perform phone features such as transferring calls, parking calls, and searching the address book

• How to use enhanced phone features: Interactive step-by-step instructions on using phone features that you didn’t have on your old phone, such Cisco’s Self Care Portal where you can configure phone settings like speed dialing
