What do I expect?
Your chance for a mock NYSSMA: Center Stage teachers will listen to students as they play through their NYSSMA piece in a group setting and will offer them important critiques in order to help them succeed. This is a great opportunity to play your solo in front of an audience to help ease the nerves of playing in front of a judge. Students will not only learn how to better their playing for a jury but will also learn how to give and receive critiques in a group master-class setting.
