What airport do I fly into?

The closest airport to Las Mareas Costa Rica is Liberia Guanacaste Airport (LIR). It is about 1.5 hours away, so plan accordingly.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

VOcation Costa Rica will send a link to a preferred airport shuttle service where you will be able to purchase a ride to and from the airport. You may also book your shuttle service on your own.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Children 17 and under stay free. (2 children and 2 adults per room maximum). Contact VOcationConferenceHelp@gmail.com to add children to your reservation.

Can I bring a non-VO guest?

Accepted Answer

Yes! 2 people can stay in your room for the same price. You may bring a non-vo spouse, friend, significant other, great aunt, or anyone else you like! All non-VO guests are invited to our evening networking parties and farewell breakfast.

What does "All-Inclusive" include?

All food, drinks, and nightly entertainment are included with your room price! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, you name it!

How do I book extra room nights?

Please contact VOcationConferenceHelp@gmail.com with your request. You will be offered the same price per room per night for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference. Once you request additional nights, we will confirm with the hotel and send you a separate invoice to complete your purchase.

Can I book my own room directly through the hotel?

All conference attendees must book their room in our room block through Eventbrite.

Hotel rooms booked outside of our block will not allow you access to the conference.

How many people can stay in one room?

3 adults maximum. Or 2 adults and 2 children maximum.

Is the resort wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes! According to TripAdvisor, Las Mareas is one of the most accessible resorts in Costa Rica. Please contact VOcationConferenceHelp@gmail.com for accessibility related inquiries.

Tickets and room reservations are eligible for a full refund until March 25, 2024. After that, we will work with you to re-sell your ticket if possible.
