Vixen Workout’s intense Hip-Hop cardio is inspired by moves performed by your favorite artists and creates a fun club atmosphere. This women’s only Dance Workout delivers easy to learn combinations that provide a full body workout and an experience unlike any other.
Who: Vixen Workout with Phase 2 Certified Instructors Cherylle Lewis and Teena DiBartolo
What: 1 hour cardio dance fitness class featuring the hottest music mixes by Beyonce, Rihanna, Designer, A$AP Ferg, Pitbull, Iggy Azalea, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, etc.

Why: Dance, sweat and burn between 400-800+ calories in one hour! Dim, club-like lighting and loud bass-pumping music sets the mood for the Vixen experience. You're encouraged to let loose and feel as if you're part of a live performance or out for ladies night! No dance experience necessary. All ages welcomed.
