The Seraphim Singers

In its mission to perform the finest works of sacred music in inspired sacred spaces, The Seraphim Singers, under the direction of the founder Jennifer Lester, has honed elegant interpretations of sacred works drawn from the early Renaissance to the twenty-first century. An ardent champion of new music, the ensemble proudly points to an impressive résumé of commissions and premieres by such composers as Avner Dorman, Julian Wachner, Elliott Gyger, James Woodman, Richard Clark, Graham Ramsay and others. Innovative programming which integrates the old with the new in highly creative ways is a hallmark of The Seraphim Singers. The timeless transcendence inherent in great sacred choral music is brought to light, truly opening 'a window on the divine.'
