Annual Vision on the Green Golf Tournament
Community Vision is pleased to announce “Vision on the Green” will be held at Pumpkin Ridge on Thursday May 18th. Vision on the Green will be an exciting day of golf, food, and fun. Come learn about Community Vision’s upcoming plans and new developments. Tournament is a four person scramble. Registration for the golf tournament is $150 per person or $550 for a foursome (1 team member only to register foursome). Sponsorship registration is $1000 that includes a foursome registration and more.

- A round of golf
- Golf Cart Rental
- Water/Snacks on course
- Practice bucket

- All individual ticket perks above
- Unlimited Drinks

- Foursome and golf cart rental
- Branded Logo around course and at registration (branded giveaways)
- Acknowledgement in our newsletters, social media platforms, outreach materials for events (please send logos and/or how you would like to be recognized)
*All players will receive a Complimentary Green Fees for One Player with purchase of Green Fees for One Player (two for one). Offer applies only on standard rate. Valid Monday – Thursday anytime and Saturday-Sunday after Noon. Expires 8/12/17
Upon arrival at the course you can shoot a bucket of practice balls, try your hand at the putting contest, purchase drawing tickets, learn a bit more about the people we support and mingle with the other players before teeing off. During your round of golf, play one of the many on-course contest with your team and enjoy a free beer from Widmer. At the end of the day, all players will gather in the Sunset Room for a delicious buffet, drinks, and awards ceremony.
