You may be asking, "What is a vision board?"

A vision board is a physical reminder of what your heart and soul wants to be, do, or have and can include all parts of life or be directed toward a single area. Working with poster board, images and words or drawings you've selected, the process

1) helps clarify your goals (you don't even need to know what they are before you enter the room),

2) provides a daily visual reminder to your conscious and subconscious mind of those desires,

3) reinforces your belief in them should you begin to feel doubtful, and

4) keeps you focused despite the chatter of everyday life.

The more attention you put on anything, the more it grows!

While this is a truly personal and individual process, there is a magical energy in coming together as a group. You may choose to share your desires with others in the room or keep them completely private (many find they love to share and see others' creations as a source of inspiration). Bring your goals, known and unknown, an open heart and mind, your creativity and a desire to manifest some juicy goodness this year. We hold sacred space to help you clarify your intentions and call upon the power of the universe, ie the Law of Attraction, to work its wonders!

Creating a vision board could be the single most important step you take to achieve your heart's desires this year! I've personally had 100% success with vision boards - yes, that means every desire I placed upon it was manifested that year - wow! Note: All supplies are provided including a wide selection of magazines for images but you are welcome to bring your own favorites from home if you prefer. Otherwise, just bring yourself, your ideas, and positive, curious energy!
